  1. Farsh pr dari, gada, kambal ya qalin bichaen or is pr sidhi let jaen.
  2. Tang bilkul sidhi phela den.
  3. Dono thukhne ek dosre ko cho rahe hon.
  4. Apne dono hath gardan ke niche rakhen.
  5. Ab dono tangon ko oper uthaen lekin ghutne sidhe rahen jabke per zamin ko cho rahe hon.
  6. Ab apni gardan ko ahista ahista jitna oper utha saken uthaen.
  7. In ko 10 inch tak oper uthaen.
