  7. Garam masala: ¼ khane ka chamach
  8. Lehsan: ¼ (kati hui)
  9. Adrak: 1 tukta (kata hua)
  10. Hara dhanya: thora sa
  11. Green chili: 2 se 3 adad
  12. Onion: 1 adad
  13. Tomato: ½ kilo
  14. Oil: 1 cup

Tarkeeb:

1 bartan me pani garam karen is me kaleji aur gurdey 2 se 3 mint dal kar nikal len. Karhahi me oil dal kar garam karen. Is me onion brown karen phir lehsan, adrak, salt, chili, pisi hui haldi, dhanya dal kar bhonen. Bhunai pr kaleji gurdey dal den aur chamach chalaen. Phir thori dair ke lye 1 glass pani dal kar galne ke lye chor den. Jab oil opar ane lage. Aur kaleji galne lage to opar se tomato, green chili dal den. Bhunai pr garam masala or hara dhanya dal den. Aur phir tanduri nan ke sath pesh karen.Ye dish 4 se 6 afrad ke lye kafi hai.
