Ajza:

1.safed jeera (zeera) : ½ chae ka chamach

2.Salt: hasbe zaiqa Dahi: 1 cup

3.Dhanya powder: 1 chae ka chamach

4.Haldi powder: ¼ chamach

5.kasuri methi: 1 chae ka chamach

6.Red chili: 1 khane ka chamach

7.Lehsan adrak paste: 1 khane ka chamach

8.Kaleji: ½ kilo ( bakre / gae ki)

9.Sirka: 2 khane ke chamach

10.Onion: 1 adad (chop ki hui)

11. Oil: ½ cup

Tarkeeb:

Sab se pehle kaleji ko lehsan ke pani se dho len ta k is ki boh dor ho jae. Is ke bad degchi me oil garam karen. Onion dal kar fry karen. Light pink hone pr kaleji dal kar fry kar len. Fry karne ke bad salt, red chili, lehsan adrak ka paste, dahi, safed zira, dhanya powder, sirka, haldi powder dal kar 3 se 4 mint tak bhonen. Masala bhon jae to methi dal kar dam pr rakh den. Mazedar kaleji tayar hai. dish me nikal kar serve karen.
