Ajza:

  1. Kaleji: ½ kilo

  2. Red chili: 1 chae ke chamach

  3. garam masala powder: 2 khane ke chamach

  4. Salt: hasbe zaiqa

  5. Dahi: ½ cup

  6. Lehsan adrak paste: 1 khane ka chamach

  7. Green chilies: 4 adad

  8. Oil: ½ cup

Tarkeeb:

Patili me oil gram kar ke is me onion dal kar light pink hone par fry kar ke is me kaleji dal kar chamach chalaen aur kaleji ka pani khushk karen. Adrak lehsan paste, red chili aur dahi dal kar mix karen aur anch halki kar den. Agar zarurt ho to pani shamil kar den warna kaleji gal jane tak bina pani shamil kye halki anch par pakaen ab achi tarha bhune k oil alag ho jae. Green chilies aur gram masala powder chirak kar 1 mint tak pakaen ab is me kasuri methi shamil kar ke dhak kar 5 mint tak dum de len. Mazedar Kasuri kaleji  tayar hai.
