Ajza:
  • Bakre ka dil: 1 pao
  • Bakre ka gurda: 1 pao
  • bakre ki kaleji: 1 pao
  • Bakre ka magaz: 1 adad
  • Dahi: 2 cup
  • Hara dhanya: ½ cup
  • Hara dhanya:  ½ gathi
  • Adrak lehsan: 2 khane ke chamach
  • Green chili: 5 se 6 adad
  • Ghee: ½ cup
  • Kali mirch: 1 chae ka chamach (kuti hui)
  • Haldi: 1 chae ka chamach
  • Qasori methi: 1 chae ka chamach
  • Sukha danya: 1 khane ka chamach (bhuna aur kuta hua)
  • Zira: 1 khane ka chamach (bhuna aur kuta hua)
  • Adrak ka pani: 2 khane ke chamach
  • Red chili: 2 khane ke chamach (kuti hui)
  • Salt: hasbe zaiqa 

Tarkeeb:

Pehle kaleji, dil aur gurdon ko chote tukron me kat len.

Ab in pr adrak ka pani dal kar 10 se 15 mint rakhen phir dho kar ek taraf rakh den.

Phir ek patili me 2 cup pani or ½ chae ka chamach haldi dal kar ubalen.

Is ke bad magaz dal kar 4 se 5 mint ubalen or chan kar ek taraf rakh den.

Ghee ko tawe me dal kar is me adrak lehsan paste, gurdey, kaleji, dil or dahi dal kar mix karen.

Aur phir kuch dair dhanp kar pakne ke lye chor den.

Jab dil, gurdey aur kaleji gal jaen to in me zira kuti red chili, sukha dhanya, salt, haldi aur green chili dal kar bhonen.
Phir is me hara dhanya, qasori methi or magaz dal kar mix karen aur 2 se 3 mint tak pakaen aur dish me nikal kar serve karen.
