Taruf (introduction):

Apple ki ejad behra asod or kesan se hui thi or Europe me ek jangli pode ki shakal me paida hota tha apple ek behtrin dimagi giza hai q k is me dosre phalon ki nasbat phosphorous or folad zyada hote hai.
Phosphorous dimag ki asal giza hai dar haqiqat apple ek laziz or gizaiyat ke lehaz taqat bakhash phal hai apple ki boht si qismen hain jinhen khate pakate or muraba banane me istamal kya jata hai Europe or shumali America me apple bafrat hota hai is ke elawa Australia, newzeland, janubi afriqa or asia ke baz khaton me bhi hota hai.

Ajza (ingredient):

Is meshamil ajza folad, phosphorous, shakar vitamin B or chilke me vitamin E hota hai. Or is ke elawa chez pectin kafi miqdar me hota hai jo colestrol ko kam karta hai is ka mijaz garam tar hai.

Tibi khawas or elaj(for treatment) :

“apple ki chae”(apple tea)
Apple ki chae apple ka chilka 12 gram lemon ka ras 6 gram shehad 2 gram mila kar pakaen kisi tarhachae tayar Karen or nosh farmaen motion bukhar muharika ki sab kamzoriyan dor ho jaen gi.

“apple ka muraba” (apple’s osmanlica)

“waqt se pehle burha pe ke lye
Waqt se pehle burhapa mehsos ho to mithe sabzi apple 3 adad ahista ahista chibaen or in ka ras choste rahen phir dudh me misri mila kar pi len 2 mah bad wazan barh jae ga bulandi ke charhne se sans pholna band chehre ka rang zard hona band or jhuryan khatam or chehra surkh ho jae ga or aap kaam karte hue hargiz thakawat mehsos nahi kare ge.

“aesabi nizam ko durst karne ke ye”
Apple me phosphorous or folad kafi miqdar me mojud hai ye nerves system kodurst kar ke aap ko jawan bana deta hai. Aap ki bones mazbot banata hai or jisim sdol dikhai dene lagta hai.
