Taruf (Introduction)

Berry ek nemat ek samar hai jo k bar-e-sagheir pak or hind me aam paya jata hai berry ke 3 aqsam hain.
1 : takhmi                 2: piondi               3 : jangli
Takhmi berry:
Takhmi berry ka phal gol or guda is me kam or rang is ka surkh hota hai takhmi berry apne zaiqe ke lehaz se khata mitha hota hai.

Piondi Berry

Piondi berry ka phal 1, 1 ½ inch lamba bezwi hote hain baz oqat gol or nokile bhi hote hain is ka rang surkh ya zard chilka patla guda safed or mota hota hai ye zaiqe me shiren hote hain lehaza shehron me in ka istamal aam hai.

Jangli Berry

Ye banjar zamin me ugta hai is ka phal phole hue chane ke brabar hota hai is ka chilka mota guda kam hota hai is ke elawa is ka zaiqa khata hota hai is me kante bhi zyada hote hai ye janglon me kasrat se hota hai lehaza is ko jangli ber bhi kehte hain.

Ajza (Ingredient)
Is me shamil ajza nishashta, lehmiyat, shakar calcium, phosphorous, sodium, ascorbic acid, protein, glocouse, frotous or vitamin A paya jata hai pake hue ber ka mijaz garam tar hai or kache ber or khate ber ka mijaz sard tar hota hai.

Berry ke jar ka chilka 60 gram or hasbe pasand misri pani 604 gram dono ajza ko aag pr itna pakaen k in ka asar achi tarha nikal aae chan kar qadre misri milaen chand roz ke bad pien ye sharbat rukhsaron ke elawa badan ko bhi mota or sdol banata hai.

Nuskha no 2 : “aesabi thakahn dor karne ke lye” (for tiredness)
Berry ke jar ke tukre 1 se  chatank tak pani 3 pao hasbe zarorat shakar ya gurh or dudh 1 glas jaron ke tukron ko rat bhar 3 pao pani me bhigoen subha is pani ko is qadar josh den k pyali bhar panireh jae to ise chan kar gurh ya shakar mila kar chand roz sada ya is me dudh mila pine se kam mazbot aesabi takhan dor bhok me zyadti or joron ka dard khatam ho jata  hai.

Kache berry ma guthli 60 gram chand roz khana kasrat bol ke lye yani bar bar urine an eke lye Benazir hai.

Berry ke pate 2 kilo ko pani 3 kilo me josh den jab 1 bottle pani reh jae chan len khorak rozana 62 gram istamal Karen.

Nuskha no 5 : “zaf jigar khatam karne ke lye”
Berry ki jaren nikalwa kar saf kar ke pani me ubal kar hasbe tarkib marof sharbat tayar Karen 1 hafta me mariz ka rang surkh hojae ga or jigar ki tamam kharabiyan dor ho jaen gi.
