Taruf(Introduction):

Dates ek muharbi phal hai jo buzurgon ki khorak hai shadi ke moqa pr dates bantna sawab khayal kya jata hai. Tibi Khawas Or Elaj(for treatment):

Ahtiyati Tadabir (precautions):
Siyah or kachi dates nafakh ka bais hain aksar kachi dates se khansi bhi hojati hai zyada dates khane se bukharho jatahai sakht dates dard qolanj paida karti hain.
Mujarbat

Nuskha no 1 :”qowat bah ke lye”
Chohare dudh me ubal kar pine se qowat bah zyada hoti hai bacha paida hone se pehle chand chohare or dates kha ka roper se thanda pani pine se bacha asani se paida hota hai.

Nuskha no 2 :
“khon paida karne ke lye”(for making blood)
Dates ki ghutli ka safof manjan danton ko faida karta hai zakhmon ko saf karta hai jail hui khon behne ko band karti hai badan ko farba karti hai khon paida karti hai tez mijaz ke waste khob mawaq hai meda jigar bah ko qowat bakhshti hai hazim hai warm ko tehlil karti hai.

Nuskha no3 :
”ankhon se pani ana”(for eyes water)

Ankhon se pani ana takham date jala kar surma ki tarha kharl kar len rakh ko salai se ankhon me lagaen chand yom me pani moqof ho jae ga.

Nuskha no 4 :
”khon paida karne ke lye”(for making blood)

Agar subha sham ya din me2 3 martaba 5 7 dane date khane ki adat dali jae to umda khon paida hota hai ye ek tarha ki sasti tonic hai.

Nuskha no 5 :
“daimi qabz or gas ke lye”

Daimi qabz or gas wale marizon ko subha nashte ke tor pr 3 se 11 dane tak date kha kar pani , dudh ya chae pine se in bimaryon se nijat mile gi.

Nuskha no 6 :
“purane meda ke marizon ke lye”(for stomach patients)

Purane meda ke mariz jin ka aesab kamzor or giza mede medair tak pari rehti ho unhen subha sirf date ka nashta kar ke ½ se 1 ½ chatank tak arq gulab chand roz istamal karne se tabkhir dor qabz dor or hazma mazbot ho jata hai.

”jan banane ke lye”(for energy)
Aese afrad jo apne duble pan se tang hon wo5 se 15 din tak date kha kar 1 pao dudh ka nashta Karen to khuda ki fazal or karamse chand roz mejan ban jae gi.

Nuskha no8 :
“anton ki taqat ke lye”(for strong stomach)
Date ki ghutli bhi anton ko taqat deti hai or meda ki garmi ko dor karti hai ye 1 se 3 adad ghutli pani ya sonf ke arq me ghis kar chatne se bad hazmi ko afaqa hota hai jali hui ghutli ko zakham pr chirakne se khon nikalna band ho jata ha.
