Taruf (Introduction):

Darde gurda ke marizon ke lye is ke khushk chilke 1 tola, 3 chatank arqe gulab me ek josh de kar chan kar 3 mashe siyah namak mila kar pilana foran taskin ka bais hota hai.

Chehre ke kil mahase dor karne ke lye is ka khushk chilka dal mong or besan (chane ka ata) brabar dahi me mila kar patla patla lep karne se chand roz me chehre ke kil mahase or dag dhabe mit jae ge.

Nuskha no 4 : “rang nikharne ke lye”(for beauty)
Rang nikharne ke lye is ke magaz 1 chatank pani me ragar kar in ka shira gurh wale mithe chawal me paka kar khane se rang nikharta hai.or in me jami hui kasafton ko bahar nikal phenkta hai.
