Mango is a fleshy stone fruit a commonly known as king of fruits. It’s soft and yummy in taste and also healthy, it richly contains vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B-6 and etc. mango widely use in pickles, and chutneys .it also help people to gain weight. Ash of mango leaves is good for relief in pain of burn.

Hazme ki kamzori ke lye metha aam ka ras 5 tola or sonet 2 masha, sonet ko pis kar aam ke ras me milaen or subha ke waqt pilaen hazme ki kamzori dor ho jae gi.

Nuskha no 2: “tili or warm ke lye” (Mango for warms)
Tili or warm ke lye metha aam ka ras 1 chatank or shehad 1 tola dono mehlol shamil kar ke rozana pilaen kuch arsa ke istamal se tili ka warm dor ho jae ga. 

Nuskha no 3: “bawasir ke maslon ke lye”(Mango for tackle piles)

Nuskha no 4 : “jaryan khatam karne ke lye”
Jaryan khatam ho aam ka phol khushk 84 gram 1 glass pani me 6 gram subha or 6 gram sham ko den 1 hafte me jaryan ko faida ho ga.

Nuskha no 5 “chechak ke phole ke lye” (Mango for pock)
Chechak ke phole ke lye, aam torte waqt jo ras nikle salai se phole pr lagaen phola khatam ho jae ga (note) ras wo jo aam ki nok se nikalta hai jo k dudh numa hota hai use istamal karna chahye.

Nuskha no 6 : “gurda or masana ke ret nikalne ke lye”for kidney stone)
Gurda or masane ke ret nikalne ke lye aam ke narm pate saya me khushk kar ke safof bana len bad me 6 gram basi pani se khilaen 15 din me ret zaya ho jae gi.

Nuskha no 7: “aam ke papar”(mango snack)
Aam ke papar, aam ka ras 1 liter or khand 50 gram dono ko mila kar aag pr pakaen jab qawam gharha ho jae chatai pr phela dya jaejab khushk ho jae to ek size ke tukre kat len.

Nuskha no 8 : “marguzida ke elaj ke lye”
Marguzida ke elaj ke lye aam ki guthliyan 6 adad or mirch siyah 3 dana dono ko ragar kar pakaen or margazida ko pilaen agar sanp ne kata ho ga to sardi mehsos ho gi or zehar rafa ho jae ga. Is ke elawa bicho ke kate ke lye sirf aam ki ghutli ko pani me ragar kar nem garam lep karen aram aae ga.

Nuskha no 9 : “amsak or na mardi ke lye”
Amsak or na mardi ke lye aam ki konplon ko agar dandi se tora jae to dudh ki tarha ka ek ras nikalta hai is ras ke chand qatre agar batashe pr dudh ke sath khaen to ye amsak ke lye behtar hai or na mardi ko dor karta hai.

Nuskha no 10 : “ qowat bah or garhi mani ke lye”

Qowat bah or garhi mini ke lye saparni aam khane se amsak bhi paida ho jata hai muglaz mini hai or garhi mani bhi paida hoti hai lekin aam khane ke bad dudh ya lasi zaror peni chahye.

Nuskha no 11 : “hez ki kharabi ke lye”

Hez ki kharabi ke lye aam ki chal ubal kar dene se shifa hoti hai.

Nuskha no 12 : “ aam ka muraba”

Aam ka muraba ye lache or bare kache amon se tayar kya jata hai. meda ko taqat deta hai dil or dimag ke lye baise farhat hai or qowate bah paida karta hai.

Nuskha no 13 : “amraze mardana ke lye”

Amraze mardana ke lye aam ka ras or gulab ka arq 1 tola, glocouse 1 tola calcium water yani chone ka pani 2 ½ tola sab ko mila kar aesi 2  khorak rozana dene se wo faida deta hai jo k koi qimti injection bhi is ka muqabla nahi kar sakti ye nuskha taqwiyat bah, tolid khon, farbhi, taqwiyat jisim or azae raiya ke lye behtrin gizai magrah bhi hai or maqwi bhi, badan ko kafi surkh or safed banane wala hai. 

Nuskha no 14 : “jigar o qalab ki taqat ke lye”for liver and heart)
