Ajza (ingredient)

Is me shamil ajza glocouse, vitamin B, vitamin C or is ke elawa abi ajza bhi shamil hain is ka mijaz sard tar hai.


Tibi khawas or elaj(for treatment)

Alu bukhara mufrawi or damwi mijaz ke logon ke lye bara hi mufid hai garmi ki shidat se khon kholta hai alu bukhara ke istamal se na sirf khon ka josh kam hota hai balke tabiyat me bhi narmi paida hoti hai or hidate khon se paida hone wali kharish bhi jati rehti hai is se piyas kam ho jati hai ye sar sam or darde sar garam kharish badan or dafa tashangi hararat hai is ko josh de kar pena warm gale or kawa girne ko mufid hai ye qabz kusha hai garmi ka sar dard alu bukhara se khatam ho jata hai.

Mujarbat
Nuskha no 1 : “gale ka warm or qe ke lye” (for warm)
Gale ka warm or qe ke lye alu bukhare ka ras 16 gram aag pr josh de kar pien gale ka warm or qe ke lye ye nuskha be had mufid hai.

Nuskha no 2 : “mijaz me chichira pan dor karne ke lye”(for decrease irritation)  
Mijaz me chirchira pan alu bukhara adha ser, aksir jigar, 1 se 3 pate subha or sham adha pao istamal karne se 1 hafte me ye shikayat dor ho jae gi.

Nuskha no 3 : “mede ke amraz ke lye”(for stomach disease)
Mede ke amraz ke lye alu bukhara 5 adad, imli 4 tola pani me bhigo kar bator mashal sifra istamal karte hai ise josh na den balke is ka zlal pien is ka muraba bhi qabz kusha hai 7 dane rat ko sote waqt khane se ajabat ba faragat ho jati hai.

Nuskha no 4 : “ alu bukhare ka sharbat”(plum juice)
Darde sar or yarqan ke lye alu bukhare ka ras or chini har 1 adha kilo alu bukhare ke ras ko aag pr itna pakaen keharh nasf reh jae is me chini dal kar qawam banaen phir is sharbat ko ek bottle me rakhen alu bukhare ka sharbat sar dard, garm, galba payas or yarqan ke lye behad mufid mashrob hai.

Nuskha no 5 : “alu bukhare ki skin jen”
Alu bukhare 15 adad 1 liter pani me dal kar malen phir takham nikal den phir ise kisi kapre se chan len or is me hasbe pasand shakar mila kar pien ye skin jen chand roz me safra ko pukhta kar ke kharij kar deti hai.
