Aloo ke mutaliq chand totke or nuskhe (mujarbat)

Aloo bah ko arkat deta hai. Masane ko qowat deta hai. Surma is ka mqwi chasham hai beyaz chasham (phola) ko mui hai.
Nuskha no 1 :
Aloo ko kuhalkar pani nikal kar shishi me rahen. Maqwi chasham or beyaz chasham (phola) ke lyebe mufid.
Nuskha no 2 :
Jal jane ki sorat me Aloo pis kar mutasira jale hue muqam pr lagaen. Aram aae ga.
Nuskha no 3 : (ghatya ke elaj ke lye)
Au dha cup or namak 50 gram Aloo tawen pr rakh kar bhon lye jaen phir inhen nikal kai in ka chilka utar dya jae or barik tukre kat kar namak chirak kar khae or taqriban ek mah musalsal khate jaen. Wajaul mufasil ke lye boht mufid hai.
Nuskha no 4 : ( pathrikharij )
Pathri ke mariz ko sirf Aloo ki khorak di jae or in ke sath 4 5 kilo pani istamal karaya jae to insha allah pathri reza reza ho kar kharij ho jati hai.
Nuskha no 5 :
Aloo jisim ko taqat deta hai or lagri pan khatam karta hai. Agar jail hui jagha pr Aloo ka lep kar dya jae yak at kar rakh den to dard ko afaqa ho jata hai or us muqam pr abla nahi parta or jald aram ajata hai.
Nuskha no 6 :
Aloo ko agar ghatya or joron ke dard wale mariz istamal Karen to behad faida ho ga.
Nuskha no 7 :
Aloo tandor me dal kar khob bhon len phir is ka chilka utaren wo mariz jis ke pet me yani jigar ya gurde me pathri ho din bhar me 4 ya 5 ser pani pien. Pathri reza ho kar nikal jae gi. Bashartiya k wo Aloo ka zyada se zyada istamal Karen.
