Umrah ki Fazilat

Hazoor-e-Aqdas (S.A.W) ne ye bhi irshad farmaya ke "Jo log Hajj aur Umrah ke safar me ho wo Allah Tala ke Bargha me hazir honay walay afrad hai (jo ba-tor mehman ke shumar hotay hai) ye log Allah se dua kerein Tu qabool farmae aur magfarat talab kerein to inki magfarat farma de". Muslim sharif ki ek rawayat hai ke App (S.A.W) ne irshad farmaya ke ramazan me umrah kerna mere sath Hajj kernay ke brabar hai. Umrah me 4 kaam kernay hotay hain
1st: Mikat se umrah ka Aehraam bandhna yani umrah ki niyat ker ke talbiya parhna.
2nd: Makka Mauzama pohanch ker Tawa'af kerna
3rd: Safa Marwa ke Darmiyan Sa'ai kerna.
4th: Halaq ya Qasar kerna yani Sa'ai se farig ho ker Sar ke bal mundwana ya katwana

Faraiz e Umrah

mazkura bila af'al me se 2 chez farz hai 1st umrah ka Aehraam bandhna jo umrah ki niyat ker ke talbiya parhnay se mun'akid hojata hai 2nd Taw'af kerna.

Wajibat-e-Umrah

Umrah ke 2 wajibaat hain. 1st safa marwa ke darmiyan Sa'ai kerna 2nd Sa'ai se farig ho ker sar ke bal katwana ya mundwana. ( aur Taw'af-e-umrah me ramal aur Iztab'a masnon hai)
umrah sun'at-e-Mokada hai, jis kisi muslman ko Makka pohachnay ka maqdor ho is ke liye umar bhar me ek martaba umrah kerna sun'at-e-mokada hai aur ek bar se ziyada kerna mustahib hai.

Auqat-e-Umrah

Hajj to ek saal me ek hi bar hosakta hai kiyun-ke sharan is ke liye tarikh muqarar hai, iski adaigi ke liye 9 zil-hajj ke zawal ke bad se le ker anay wali rat ki subha sadiq honay se pehlay pehlay Aehraam-e-Hajj ki halat me arfat me na pohancha to Hajj nai hoga khuwa kitnay hi taw'af ker le. Taw'af-e-ziyarat jo Hajj me farz hai wo bhi usi waqt taw'af-e-ziyarat banay ga jabke is se pehlay Aehraam ki halat me mazkorah waqt ke andar arfaaat ho ker aya ho.
lakin umrah saal me bar bar ho sakta hai aur Chu-ke is me ziyadah waqt kharch nahi hota is liye bohat se log ek din me ek se ziyadah umrah ker letay hai. albata 9 10 11 12 13 tarikh ko umrah kerna makoro tehrimi hai.
Aurat ka mehram ya shohar ke sath honay ki shart:
Aurat ke liye mehram ya shohar ke bagair 28 mile ya is se ziyadah ka safar kerna sharyan mamnu hai. ye safar khuwa rail se ho ya motar car se khuwa hawai jahaz se aur khuwa dunya ke liye ho ya khuwa Hajj aur Umrah ke liye ho khuwa kisi dini kaam ke liye ho.
ye mamaniyat jawab burhi her aurat ke liye hai Ba'az Aurtein samajhti hain ke chand Aurton ke sath bagair mehram ke auraat safar me chali jae to ye jaez nahi, in ka ye khayal galat hai.
jis shaks se kabhi bhi nikah jaez na ho (jese baap, beta, pota, nawasa, susar, haqiqi chacha, haqiqi mamo isko mehram kehtay hain,khala, mamu, phopi, chacha ke larkay mehram nahi. kiyun-ke in se nikaah durust hai, is tarah behnoi bhi mehram nahi kiyun-ke agar wo behen ko talak de de ya behen fout hojae  to behnoi se nikaah jaez hai. yaad rahe ke mehram aesa ho ke jis se be-itminani na ho, agar koi aesa shaks hai ke mehram to hai lakin is ke afat-o-asmatdag-dar hai ya iski taraf se itminan nahi hai to is ke sath safar kerna jaez nahi khuwah wo kesa hi qaribi mehram ho.

ba'az aurtein kha-mukha kisi ko bhi baap, beta ya bhai bana ker safar me sath ho leti hain, shariyaan is ki koi hasiyat nahi, mu bola baap, beta ya bhai bhi mehram nahi, in ke bhi wohi ehkaam hai jo ajnabi mard ke liye hai.
